The Act clearly invests in the owners the authority to manage and control your body corporate.

 

You may find your current body corporate manager takes control of your body corporate, and runs it as if it was their property to manage and control. The result of that is that you and /or your committee have little or no say in what happens with your body corporate.

 

We want to put the decision making back in your hands; to empower you in relation to the way your body corporate functions. But we don’t want you to have to do all the work; that is what you pay us to do. Having said that, it is your body corporate and you can run it as you want to. We are there to help you.

 

Who we are

Peter Clark has many years experience in body corporate management in Cairns as the principal of a company he founded in 1994. Peter is qualified as a solicitor.
